Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in national sales leadership and large-scale distribution management.
• Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, Commercial Director, or equivalent.
• Strong background in FMCG, fintech hardware distribution, payment terminal ecosystems, merchant acquisition, or high-volume distribution.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a nationwide sales organization for merchant acquisition and hardware distribution.
• Design regional territory strategies and multi-tier distributor frameworks across Indonesia.
• Develop pipelines across Modern Trade, General Trade, wholesalers, sub-distributors, and field agents.
• Establish KPI governance systems and monitor regional sales performance with structured reporting.
• Drive nationwide sales growth, merchant penetration, and territory expansion.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance for product launches and campaigns.
• Manage distributor relationships, pricing, margins, and governance.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Deliver executive pipeline reporting to senior leadership.
• Travel extensively across Indonesia for distributor onboarding and expansion.
