Job summary

Beiersdorf Indonesia is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to lead training governance, audit readiness, and data-driven learning improvements across corporate and plant functions. The role requires managing LMS systems, documentation, and regulatory compliance with BPOM, Halal, ISO, GMP, and industry standards.

You will coordinate annual training plans, track progress, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps. A strong data mindset and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, business administration, or related.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or Training Compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant operations and regulatory audits.
• Experience managing training systems, documentation control, and competency management.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual training plans for Corporate and Plant employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, trainers, and participant communications.
• Monitor completion of mandatory, compliance, technical, and behavioral training programs.
• Support onboarding and induction training programs for new employees.
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
