Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional certification in adult learning or instructional design preferred.
• 5–8 years of Learning & Development experience in healthcare or pharma settings.
• Experience with regulatory training documentation and GxP/GMP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Translate global L&D strategy into a local Indonesia roadmap.
• Develop and implement training programs meeting regulatory and operational needs.
• Manage local LMS processes and ensure audit-ready training records.
• Collaborate with Country Head, Medical Director, Q&R, and HR leads.
• Measure training impact using data and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate external training providers and maintain trainer records.
• Deliver onboarding and essential compliance trainings.
