Job summary

You will act as the country SME for Learning & Development, ensuring compliance with BPOM, Halal, ISO, GMP, Disney and customer standards, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a track record in L&D or HR operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and compliance in manufacturing or corporate settings.
• Strong data accuracy and documentation control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor annual training plans for Corporate and Plant employees.
• Maintain training records, databases, and compliance with BPOM, Halal, GMP, ISO, and customer standards.
• Provide learning analytics, dashboards, and periodic compliance updates to stakeholders.
• Act as Indonesia SME during internal and external audits and regulator inquiries.
• Support capability development projects including Skill Matrix and competency mapping.
