You will serve as the country SME for Learning & Development, ensuring compliance with BPOM, Halal, ISO, GMP, Disney, and customer standards, while maintaining training records and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or HR operations.
• Experience with regulatory audits and training documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual training plans for Corporate and Plant employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, trainers, and communications.
• Monitor completion of mandatory, compliance, technical, and behavioral training.
• Support onboarding and induction training programs for new employees.
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic training reports and analytics.
• Act as Indonesia SME during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to learning projects and capability mapping.
