Job summary

Prysmian in Indonesia seeks an experienced Country HR leader to translate business priorities into integrated people, organization, and workforce strategies. You will partner with the Commercial Director, Plant Director, and leadership to guide organization design, governance, and capability development.

You will drive industrial relations, compensation governance, and performance processes, while building a robust talent pipeline and workforce analytics across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, law, psychology, or related.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Progressive HR leadership experience in multinational manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial relations, labor-law compliance and payroll governance.
• Strong business and financial acumen; able to translate people decisions into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Country HR agenda and translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise Commercial Director, Plant Director, and leadership on organization, workforce, and performance.
• Shape organization design and strategic workforce planning for future needs.
• Manage industrial relations, union engagement, and disputes to safeguard continuity.
• Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and labour-cost management.
• Drive high-performance culture through performance management and talent reviews.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and succession readiness.
• Ensure HR governance, employment compliance, and data governance across regions.
• Lead HR operations, General Affairs, and Security; provide analytics and insights.
