Job summary

Prysmiangroup in Indonesia seeks a strategic Country HR Leader to translate business priorities into integrated people, organization, and workforce strategies, strengthening performance and long-term sustainability.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead HR governance, industrial relations, compensation, payroll, and talent development, and build a high-impact HR team while ensuring compliance with local laws and global standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Law, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in business or HR is preferred.
Relevant HR certifications are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in leadership roles.
Experience in a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience with industrial relations and labor negotiations.
Strong compensation, benefits, payroll governance experience.
Proven organization development, talent management, and succession planning experience.
Experience with HRIS, analytics, and data governance.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Lead the Country HR agenda translating business priorities into people and organization strategies.
Partner with Commercial Director, Plant Director, and leadership on HR guidance and compliance.
Shape organization through design, planning, headcount governance, and capability development.
Lead industrial and employee relations including union engagement and negotiations.
Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and labour costs with regulatory compliance.
Foster a high-performance culture through performance management and talent reviews.
Build a sustainable talent and leadership pipeline across critical roles.
Strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture with evidence-based actions.
Ensure HR governance, policies, and documentation comply with Indonesian law and global standards.
Oversee HR operations, General Affairs, and Security for reliable service delivery.
Enable data-driven management with people analytics and risk identification.
