Prysmian is seeking an experienced Country HR Director to lead the HR function in Indonesia, translating business priorities into integrated people, organization, and workforce strategies. You will partner with senior leaders to align workforce plans with long-term business performance.

The role oversees HR operations, governance, and transformation initiatives, driving a meritocratic culture and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, HR, or Law preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Country HR agenda translating business priorities into people and organization strategies.
• Act as strategic partner to Commercial Director, Plant Director and leadership team on organization, workforce, and performance matters.
• Shape organization and workforce through design, workforce planning, succession, and capability development.
• Manage industrial and employee relations including union engagement and negotiations.
• Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and labour costs with compliance and financial discipline.
• Drive high-performance culture via performance management, talent reviews, and differentiation in rewards.
• Build sustainable talent and leadership pipelines through acquisition, onboarding, and development.
• Strengthen engagement and culture through feedback-driven actions and inclusive initiatives.
• Ensure HR governance and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulatory standards.
• Oversee HR operations, General Affairs, and Security for service delivery and controls.
• Enable data-driven decisions via people analytics and HR systems.
