Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a seasoned Country HR Leader in Indonesia to drive the HR strategy across business priorities, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will partner with senior leaders to shape capabilities, lead industrial relations, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering business impact.

The role requires a deep understanding of HRIS, analytics, and cross-country initiatives, with fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Law, Psychology, Business Admin or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in BA/HR/Law preferred; professional HR certs valued.
Minimum 10 years in progressive HR, incl. managerial or country HR leadership experience.
Experience in multinational manufacturing/industrial environments.
Strong experience in industrial relations, payroll governance, and cost management.
Experience with organization development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
Experience with regional/global HR initiatives and cross-country programs.
Proficiency with HR information systems, data governance and analytics.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Lead the country HR agenda translating business priorities into integrated people, org, and workforce strategies.
Advise Commercial and Plant Directors on organization, workforce, and employee matters.
Shape org design and strategic workforce planning for future needs.
Lead industrial relations, union engagement, and payroll/commercial negotiations.
Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and cost management with regulatory compliance.
Drive high-performance culture through performance management and merit-based rewards.
Build talent pipelines via acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development.
Enhance employee engagement and culture through feedback-driven actions.
Ensure HR governance and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and global standards.
Oversee HR operations, General Affairs, and Security for service delivery and controls.
Enable evidence-based decisions with analytics and HR systems.
