Job summary

PT Freeport Indonesia Inc. seeks a Sr Analyst in Compensation to monitor programs, ensure policy alignment with market position, and optimize value. You will conduct annual salary/bonus reviews, provide data analysis for management decisions, and drive improvements.

Collaborating with HR, F&A, and MIS, you will lead digitalization projects in Compensation and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in Compensation Management.
• Experience with salary and bonus reviews and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current compensation practices for policy alignment and market trends.
• Perform annual salary and bonus reviews and payroll processing.
• Recommend improvements to compensation policies and procedures.
• Provide compensation data and analysis for management requests.
• Coordinate with HR, F&A and MIS on payroll systems.
• Lead digitalization projects in Compensation (PBA automation, portals).
• Review Pension Fund contributions monthly per actuarial guidance.
