Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive Facilities Management experience.
• Experience leading across complex corporate facilities or multi-site operations.
• Leadership experience in an outsourced FM environment is advantageous.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across FM operations in Indonesia, ensuring delivery of engineering, maintenance, workplace services, life safety, and site services.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, internal partners, landlords and service providers; act as escalation point for operational matters.
• Drive performance by managing budgets, forecasts, expenditures, contracts, procurement, vendor performance, KPIs and SLAs; identify cost efficiencies.
• Lead governance, compliance, risk management, business continuity and operational improvement across the portfolio.
• Coach and develop FM teams and partners, promoting safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
