Job summary

IBM Indonesia is seeking a Cross Communications Professional to lead external and stakeholder communications across Indonesia, aligning employee and executive messaging into a cohesive narrative. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns and strategies to reinforce IBM's Enterprise AI leadership, collaborating with Government, CSR, Sales, and Partners to generate news and client stories.

Responsibilities

Develop & execute comprehensive communications strategy to support business objectives and priorities such as signature moments aligned to the national agenda, driving strong impact.
Create compelling campaigns underpinned by themes such as Digital Sovereignty, Smarter Business, aimed at influencing media, driving positive impact with clients, business partners, industry bodies, governments, influencers, and alumni.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Government & Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sales, Marketing and the Business Partner organization to achieve business objectives while identifying news opportunities, client stories and other newsworthy angles.
Act as expert representing IBM with the media to position IBM's solutions and capabilities to elicit interest and enhance brand perception.
Inform and activate IBMers around IBM's strategy and inspire them to become advocates for the IBM brand.
Track Progress: Set and track progress against communications measures of success for brand, geography, market, or country.
