Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications or related field.
• Expertise in corporate reputation, media relations, and crisis management.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia media landscape.
• Established relationships with Indonesian media.
• Excellent writing/editing in Indonesian and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive advising.
• Proactive, agile, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that strengthen Grab Indonesia's reputation and support corporate and financial services objectives.
• Create compelling narratives around business performance, partnerships, and the financial services ecosystem.
• Translate complex topics into clear and credible communications.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, media relevance, and opportunities or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop communications plans for announcements, product launches, partnerships, and milestones.
• Build relationships with media and secure interviews and thought leadership platforms.
• Lead media engagements, briefings, and press events.
