Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions in Indonesia seeks an experienced Country Sales Manager to own revenue and lead the distribution network across market segments. You will drive growth through Go-To-Market development and strategic channel management.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, manage pipeline, and execute marketing strategies to meet customer needs and hit targets, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of channel sales management, sales leadership in healthcare/medical device market.
• Experience working for global MNCs.
• Highly organized with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with market data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and funnel management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business level).
• Able to travel within Indonesia and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across market and product segments.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies for Indonesia to achieve YoY growth.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Maintain key account relationships.
• Develop and maintain channel network to support growth and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Manager on Indonesia marketing activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and support the business.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline and business reviews.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and reporting processes.
