You will manage client journeys from onboarding to renewal, collaborating with government bodies, healthcare institutions, and global partners to expand the use of Qure's AI solutions across the client base.

Travel is required, and you will work with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless product

• Experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects and driving account growth.
• Strong project management and client success background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead countrywide AI projects in Indonesia and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with MoH, national programs, IT teams, and clinical decision-makers.
• Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals and expansions.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering teams to improve solutions.
