Job summary

CADDi is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Indonesia to lead high-level enterprise sales for our AI Data Platform for Manufacturing. You will drive growth by engaging manufacturing customers, consulting on transforming their operations, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure long-term value realization.

You will visit industrial sites, build strategic accounts, and aim for rapid market expansion with strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in field sales, especially B2B software or manufacturing solutions.
• Native Indonesian and professional English; Japanese a plus but not required.
• Proven track record of pitching to C-suite and top management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales from lead generation to deal closure.
• Consult on core management agendas using CADDi platform to solve manufacturer pains.
• Collaborate with CS to align sales with long-term customer transformation.
• Perform strategic account research to identify stakeholders and opportunities.
• Manage forecasts, metrics, and promotions to grow CADDi in Indonesia.
