Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Product Specialist for OTC and prescription products to drive channel strategy and sales performance in Indonesia. You will develop product plans, manage key accounts and KOL engagement, and provide partners with information to boost commercial effectiveness.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, with a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer OTC or therapeutic pharmaceutical sales with focus on healthcare products.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to present to customers.
• Excellent MS Office skills for analysis and reporting.
• Energetic and capable of managing a complex external environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy for OTC and prescription products across assigned channels.
• Manage relationships with Key Accounts and KOLs to align with company objectives.
• Support partners with information to improve commercial and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for partners.
