Job summary

PT. Agrinesia Raya is seeking a procurement professional to manage indirect materials and services across MRO, packaging, marketing, office supplies, facility management, utilities, IT equipment, services and logistics.

You will handle the PR–PO process, benchmark prices, source and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate terms, and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably in FMCG/retail/food industries.
• Experience with PR–PO systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement categories (MRO, services, office supplies, facility management, utilities).
• Proficiency with ERP procurement modules and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement of indirect materials and services (MRO, packaging, marketing, office supplies, facility management, utilities, IT equipment, services, logistics).
• Manage PR–PO process ensuring accuracy, SOP compliance, and timely issuance.
• Conduct price benchmarking and ensure cost competitiveness across categories.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and onboard vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery accuracy, quality, and service levels.
• Maintain vendor database and approved supplier lists; review quotations and agreements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, budget controls, and audits.
• Support contract administration including renewals and compliance checks.
• Analyze spend data and provide regular cost reports to Procurement Supervisor/Manager.
