Job summary

OPPO Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Professional in Tangerang to handle indirect materials sourcing and purchasing. You will prepare POs and documents, coordinate with suppliers on quotations, schedules, and payments, and maintain supplier data for efficient operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing, familiarity with SRM or e-procurement, and strong cross‑departmental collaboration. OS in manufacturing environments and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in purchasing; indirect procurement experience preferred.
• Familiar with SRM or e-procurement systems and project-based buying.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase indirect materials and services per requirements.
• Prepare POs, purchase requests, and related procurement docs.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotations, delivery, and payment status.
• Maintain supplier data, price lists, and records.
• Support tender and vendor selection processes; monitor orders.
• Resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies; ensure policy compliance.
• Provide admin support to the purchasing team and cross‑departmental coordination.
