Job summary

OPPO Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Professional in Tangerang to handle indirect materials sourcing and purchasing. You will prepare POs and documents, coordinate with suppliers on quotations, schedules, and payments, and maintain supplier data for efficient operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing, familiarity with SRM or e-procurement, and strong cross‑departmental collaboration. OS in manufacturing environments and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in purchasing; indirect procurement experience preferred.
• Familiar with SRM or e-procurement systems and project-based buying.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase indirect materials and services per requirements.
• Prepare POs, purchase requests, and related procurement docs.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotations, delivery, and payment status.
• Maintain supplier data, price lists, and records.
• Support tender and vendor selection processes; monitor orders.
• Resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies; ensure policy compliance.
• Provide admin support to the purchasing team and cross‑departmental coordination.

Contract Arrangement: Outsourcing Company

Location: Jl Kawasan Industri Bayur, Tangerang (Full WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in sourcing and purchasing indirect materials and services according to company requirements.

Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.

Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and payment status.

Maintain and update supplier database, price lists, and procurement records.

Support tender and comparison processes for vendor selection.

Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.

Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or specifications.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the purchasing team as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management / business administration management / international business or related major or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience and minimum 1 year in purchasing role

Familiar with indirect procurement related to factory operational needs.

Prefer have experience in custom fixtures, machine equipment, spare parts, and machine repair/maintenance services, including annual maintenance contracts.

Familiar with project based purchase.

Familiar with SRM or any e-procurement system logic.

Have good project management ability, team spirit and execution ability, and have strong cross-departmental coordination and c mmunication and problem-solving ability.

Have strong listening, speaking, reading and writing (typing) skills in English. If understand Chinese is a plus point.

Be proactive and responsible in work, and have strong work pressure resistance and management ability.

Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.).

Be able to accept business trips.
