Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Emergency Management or related field is advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Operations.
• Direct experience in a similar role (Safety/Security/Operations with safety focus).
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification, K3, Crisis Management certifications or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams under pressure.
• Proficient in risk assessment for beach club environments and incident planning.

Aufgaben

• Develop, update, and test incident response plans (IRPs) and SOPs for emergencies and operational failures.
• Establish reporting protocols, oversee surveillance, and ensure incident logging and documentation.
• Prioritize guest safety, manage emergency communications, and train staff in first aid, CPR, and evacuations.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify trends and improve plans.
