Job summary

BluBridge Center is seeking a Customer Service/Inbound Sales professional to handle and respond to inbound inquiries about therapy services, programs, and enrollment. You will tailor information to parents' needs and convert inquiries into consultations and assessments.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and English language skills, with experience in customer service being a plus. Collaboration with the admin team ensures a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in Customer Service or Inbound Sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
• Understand parents' needs and concerns and provide relevant information individualized based on their child’s needs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.
