Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a supervisor to oversee the import process, monitoring the workflow from port to warehouse, and tracking delivery and HS code accuracy.

You will maintain shipment databases, coordinate with shippers, customs brokers, and related parties, monitor payment status, and support budgeting and reporting tasks. A 2–3 year background in import supervision is required and the role is office-based with full WFO, interview conducted offline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• 2–3 years experience in import supervision.
• Knowledge of HS Code, PIB, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and responsibility for the import process.
• Monitoring delivery container from port to warehouse.
• Monitoring payment status and budgeting.
• Maintenance of databases (Shipment, HS Code, etc.).
• Coordination with shippers, customs brokers and related parties.
• Approval of PIB draft before process and checking HS code before PO and shipment.
