Job summary

Permata Indonesia is hiring for an Import Sourcing Support position in South Jakarta. You will monitor shipment activity, manage import documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 2 years of related Import experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and good English. You will work onsite in Jakarta Selatan and support continuous process improvements within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import or project import and document handling.
• Strong attention to accuracy and compliance with import procedures.
• Good attitude and willingness to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment activities including ETD/ETA and document checks.
• Ensure availability of PTA/HS forms and PIB/EDI compliance.
• Request and verify original documents (invoices, packing lists).
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize internal systems quickly and efficiently.

• Monitoring Shipment - Control Tower : Pre Alert ETD, ETA, HBL, NOA (Notice Arrival), SKI &LS Availaability, PIB + EDI, Duty + Bc 1.1, Delivery, HMT
• Ensure FTA form availability for duty reduction benefit
• Request original document (Invoice and packing list)
• Active communication and follow up withinternal team and external
• Capable to user quickly internal systems
