Job summary

Luxasia Group in Jakarta is seeking an Import Team Intern to gain hands-on experience moving products from overseas brand partners into the Indonesian market. You will support PO tracking, shipment, and customs documentation, and assist with landed cost calculations.

The role involves coordinating with freight forwarders, brokers, and warehouse staff, data entry in Excel or internal systems, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable with trackers and Excel.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support import PO tracking and shipment schedules to arrive in Indonesia.
• Assist in preparing import documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Help monitor shipments and flag delays or discrepancies.
• Support basic landed cost calculations (duties, taxes, freight).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting in Excel or internal systems.
• Support ad hoc supply chain projects and process-improvement initiatives.
