Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of import/export operations experience, including vessel booking and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, export/import, PEB/PIB processing and PPJK.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with logistics software and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Customer service or equivalent.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
• Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
• Track shipments, maintain inventory and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting and compliance purpose
