Tugas Customer Service PPJK

In summary, Customer Service PPJK bertanggung jawab sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan dengan customer dalam memastikan seluruh proses customs clearance dan pengiriman barang berjalan dengan baik. Customer Service bertugas menerima dan menindaklanjuti permintaan customer, memberikan informasi dan update terkait status shipment, memastikan kelengkapan informasi dan dokumen, melakukan koordinasi dengan tim internal maupun pihak eksternal, serta menangani dan menyelesaikan kendala atau keluhan customer secara cepat dan profesional.
