Job summary

OPPO Indonesia is seeking an Import and Export Staff to handle import customs clearance for sea shipments and ensure compliance with trade regulations. You will coordinate with import/export partners and manage documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and various regulatory forms.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of import/export experience, and strong knowledge of international trade. English fluency is required; PPJK certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Customs and Excise, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Have at least 1 year experience in import/export.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and business.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing and PPJK certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage import customs clearance of sea shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
• Coordinate communication with import/export partners.
• Familiar with export-import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, PIB, PEB, B/L, AWB, COO, Surveyor Report, NPD, SPTNP, Red Line, etc.).
• Understand import taxes (Import Duty BM, VAT PPN, Income Tax PPh).
• Handle customs-related issues and communicate with Customs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Good cross-departmental communication and coordination.
• Familiar with CEISA 4.0, SiapTerbang, INSW, and SLIM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
