OPPO Indonesia is seeking an HRBP Assistant to support People Development and Training initiatives within the Human Resources department. This outsourcing contract position emphasizes collaboration across teams to align development programs with business needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating training activities, evaluating programs, and driving talent development projects. Fresh graduates are welcome, with internship experience, and strong communication and initiative are valued.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience in HR, Training, or People Development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational, coordination, and project execution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with AI tools to improve productivity.
