Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi in Jakarta Barat seeks a seasoned Multifinance Project Manager to lead implementations of vanilla product scope with client teams. You will gather requirements, configure parameters, and ensure processes align with approvals.

The role covers designing training materials, leading end-user trainings, coordinating UAT, supporting cutover activities, and documenting SOPs for smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Multifinance project management and implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Multifinance business processes.
• Strong timeline management and budget control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope.
• Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements.
• Design and develop end-user training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Prepare and review UAT scripts and scenarios; coordinate defect logging and resolutions.
• Support cutover activities and provide hypercare post go-live.
• Document SOPs, user guides, and handover materials.

Job description

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope,
• Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements,
• Design and develop end-user training materials: manuals, quick guides, job aids
• Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, floor support) to client end users
• Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios covering both vanilla features and integrated gap solutions,
• Facilitate UAT sessions: coordinate client users, log defects, track resolution with the development party
• Escalate UAT defects to PM; escalated functional/standards issues to Development Team
• Support cutover activities and provide hypercare (post go-live support)
• Document SOPs, user guides, and operational handover materials

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifinance project management and implementation
• Deep knowledge of Multifinance business process
• Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep projects within budget.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to translate technical jargon into business value and manage client expectations.
