Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned pre-sales professional to join our team in Jakarta. You will work with customers to understand their business needs and analyze system and product requirements, delivering technical guidance during the development and implementation of complex solutions.

You will operate as an independent contributor on moderate to complex projects, using established policies to resolve issues, and collaborating with senior staff when needed.

Formación

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience including at least 1 year in a role-specific area.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues.
• Experience on moderate to complex projects using standard policies.

Responsabilidades

• Gains understanding of customer's business and analyzes system and product needs.
• Provides pre-sales technical support for development and implementation of complex products/solutions.
