PT IDP Consulting Indonesia is seeking an Operations Executive to support IELTS operations. You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience across in-person, phone, and email interactions, and help coordinate test-day activities.

Responsibilities include registering candidates (including photo), preparing documents, supervising tests, updating test schedules, and collecting candidate statistics for reporting while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all IELTS candidates receive an outstanding experience - in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Manage test day activities including: register all IELTS test candidates (taking photograph), prepare test documents, and supervision the test.
• Oversee and update the schedule of IELTS test.
• Gather IELTS candidate statistical information for reporting purposes
• Ensure all data is entered, stored, updated and accessed while maintaining security and confidentiality.
