Job summary

PT IDP Consulting Indonesia is seeking an IELTS Test Administrator to ensure candidates receive an outstanding experience in person, by phone, and by email. You will support test-day activities, including candidate registration, photograph capture, document preparation, and supervision of the test.

You will manage the IELTS schedule, collect candidate statistics for reporting, and maintain secure handling of all data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management, able to multitask.
• Experience with MS Office and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Customer and quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple tasks within set objectives in a timely and professional manner.
• Experience using MS Office, Microsoft Teams and confidence to work with a range of other technologies.
• Willing to be placed in our West Surabaya Office - Ruko Puncak Bukit Golf.
