Job summary

PT IDP Consulting Indonesia is seeking an IELTS Test Administrator to ensure candidates receive an outstanding experience in person, by phone, and by email. You will support test-day activities, including candidate registration, photograph capture, document preparation, and supervision of the test.

You will manage the IELTS schedule, collect candidate statistics for reporting, and maintain secure handling of all data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management, able to multitask.
• Experience with MS Office and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IELTS candidates have an outstanding experience in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Manage test day activities including: register candidates (taking photograph), prepare documents, and supervise the test.
• Oversee and update the schedule of IELTS test.
• Gather IELTS candidate statistical information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data is entered, stored, updated and accessed while maintaining security and confidentiality.
