Job summary

CV Jembatan Pratama is seeking an IELTS instructor to deliver engaging IELTS preparation classes (Academic/General) and to plan lessons aligned with current IELTS standards. You will support students to improve listening, reading, writing, and speaking, provide constructive feedback, and assess progress.

Minimum 1 year of IELTS teaching experience and an IELTS 7.0+ score (or equivalent) preferred. Collaboration with academic team to enhance curriculum is expected.

• Experience teaching IELTS or Academic English is required.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons aligned with IELTS standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student feedback.

Job description

Deliver engaging and high-quality IELTS Preparation classes (Academic/General)

Plan and present lessons aligned with the latest IELTS standards

Support students in improving Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills

Assess student performance and provide constructive, personalized feedback

Monitor student progress and help them achieve their target IELTS scores

Prepare practice materials, mock tests, and review sessions

Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching quality and curriculum

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching IELTS or Academic English

IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (preferred) or equivalent qualification

Strong understanding of IELTS test format and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans

Experienced in providing clear and constructive feedback

Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

Experience as an IELTS Trainer or Examiner

Background in preparing students for studying abroad

Familiarity with international curriculum
