Job summary

Eezee Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional in Batam to source suppliers, manage orders, and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

The role involves handling POs, market research, and maintaining records of orders, payments, and stock, while coordinating with delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of purchasing or merchandising experience, proficiency in English, and strong negotiation and organizational skills; relocation to Batam

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Batam-based, willing to relocate.
• Excel knowledge is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, communication, analytical, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating cost-effective contracts.
• Processing PO to suppliers.
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Report any faulty items or inconsistencies with suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or rescheduled orders.
• Working with Logistics and Fulfilment to ensure proper packaging and timely delivery.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients, vendors and suppliers.

Salary Range: IDR6,500,000 - IDR7,500,000

Job Descriptions

1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
3. Processing PO to suppliers.
4. Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
5. To immediately handle and report any faulty items or inconsistencies with suppliers.
6. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
7. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
8. Work with the Logistics and Fulfilment team to ensure all stocks are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location promptly.
9. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English
• 1-3 years experience in purchasing, order management, or merchandising is required.
• Based in Batam (willing to relocate)
• Knowledge in Excel preferably
