Job summary

Eezee in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Purchasing and Sales Support professional to manage, source and issue quotations for key accounts, SMEs, and large enterprises across all engagement modes.

You will collaborate with category management to identify tenders, handle inquiries, build relationships, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, and stay informed on products and market trends. English communication and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in purchasing/sourcing MRO or non-MRO products.
• English communication is required.
• Understanding of the procurement process (Sourcing, Negotiation, Delivery Schedule).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage, source and issue quotations for key accounts, SME, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes.
• Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process.
• Proactively identify potential new categories based on sourcing requests for the category management team to explore.
• Manage customer inquiries and sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotation requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to effectively promote company products and services.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist and guide junior team members on all activities.
