Qualifications

• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to review and screen CVs/resumes against requirements.
• Basic interview coordination and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role objectives and competencies.
• Draft and publish job postings communicating responsibilities and value proposition.
• Source potential candidates via online platforms, campus channels, and networks.
• Screen applications and align candidate interests with roles and culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders and prepare materials.
• Support candidate assessments and consolidate results.
• Maintain recruitment data in tracking tools and pipelines.
• Assist with employer branding activities and campus events.
