Job summary

Binar is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment for digital and technology roles in a hybrid setup in South Jakarta. You will source, engage, screen, and coordinate interviews while building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, strong candidate experience, and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced tech environment. 3-month contract, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related recruitment roles.
• Experience in technology recruitment and startups is preferred.
• Experience sourcing and engaging technology professionals beyond job portals.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and placement.
• Proactively identify technology talent through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, databases, and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for software, data, product, cybersecurity, and other tech roles.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, and Hiring Managers to align hiring priorities.
• Translate role requirements into sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess fit based on experience and role requirements.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Keep accurate candidate records, updates, and talent pipeline data; monitor metrics.
