Job summary

Metso is seeking an experienced Service Center Manager in Surabaya to lead daily repair center operations, focusing on safety, quality, and profitability. You will manage center personnel, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive both financial and non-financial performance in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 4–7 years of managerial or service-operations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and RMS.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-7 years relevant managerial or service operations experience.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership in workshop environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with SAP and office applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily repair center operations with focus on safety, quality, efficiency and profitability.
Manage center personnel and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor financial and non-financial targets, budgets and cost control.
Ensure compliance with regulations, Metso policies and training; utilize RMS and SAP.
Promote safety culture and quality management processes.
Coordinate resource capacity and staffing with required skills.
Participate in sales meetings to align workload and opportunities.
Investigate and address negative customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
