Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group seeks a senior operations leader to drive the company’s operational excellence across Australia and Trans-Tasman regions. You will spearhead digital platform deployments, optimize field performance, and shape scalable, data-driven processes that boost ROI and service quality.

You will report to the Operations Director - Australia and build the leadership capability of frontline teams, while partnering with procurement, training, and global stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

Senior operational leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
Experience driving digital transformation in field operations.
Proven ability to develop SOPs and lead large-scale change.

Responsibilities

Own the operational digital agenda and migrate field operations to next-gen platforms.
Build sustainable supply chains and optimize resource productivity across branches.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Local Service Managers to balance demand and capacity.
