With 5+ years in senior ops leadership and P&L accountability, you will lead digital tool rollouts, build sustainable supply chains, and foster high-performance teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of senior operational leadership experience with P&L accountability.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to optimize field-based operations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to implement SOPs and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead operational excellence strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman regions.
Oversee digital platform deployments and training system migrations.
Drive sustainable supply chains and resource productivity.
Partner with procurement and 3PL to reduce costs while enabling growth.
Ensure 100% WHS/OHS compliance and governance.
