Responsibilities

• Set up of the Sub-regional Operational Excellence structure.
• Analyse operational gaps before implementing new IT systems.
• Ensure data quality is measured on the sub-regional level.
• Address data quality issues with training or solutions.
• Manage operational excellence country managers for audits.
• Optimize and document operations in coordination with goals.
• Provide input for operational KPI framework creation.
• Evaluate demands from operational excellence country managers.
• Decide on resource assignments for process changes.
• Consult on data standards and oversee implementation.
• Follow the regional auditing framework for operational quality.
• Establish framework to compare performance in responsible countries.
• Additional tasks in coordination with senior management.
