Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to shape our regional operations strategy across Australia and Trans-Tasman. You will drive the migration to next-gen platforms, optimize supply chains, and elevate field performance through data-driven insights.

You will report to the Operations Director - Australia, coordinating with field teams and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable improvements, while upholding safety, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of senior operational leadership with direct P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment with ability to drive business value.
• Experience in developing SOPs and leading large-scale procedural change.
• Experience managing digital platform rollouts and regulatory frameworks (RTO).
• National leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead operational migration to next-gen platforms and data-driven improvements.
• Build sustainable supply chains and optimize resource productivity.
• Drive safety, governance, and WHS/OHS compliance across operations.
