Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead the planning, inventory, and flow management to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. You will coordinate with regional teams to align demand, supply, and inventory targets while driving improvements in planning processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in production planning or SCM with at least 3 years in a managerial role, plus strong ERP expertise (SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Production Planning or related SCM roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience coordinating with regional planning teams to align demand, supply, and targets.
• Proven people management experience and team development.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning activities and inventory optimization.
• Understanding of production flow, warehouse operations, and customer fulfillment processes.
• ERP systems proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, inventory, and flow management to ensure committed orders are delivered at the targeted service level.
• Align production plans with inventory strategies and S&OP objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory and shorten end-to-end lead times.
• Develop people, processes, and tools to enhance planning effectiveness.
