• Develop strategic business plans including GMV projection, AOV, promotions cost with financial modeling.
• Collaborate with BU Heads to build quarterly budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate past budgets and expenditures to inform future budgets.
• Review operations and recommend productivity improvements or cost-saving initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of best financial practices.
