Job summary

Aplikasi SUPER is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Surabaya to drive medium- and long-term financial planning with robust modeling and projection. You will support budget development, forecasting, and cost analysis to enable sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with business unit heads, review expenditures, and implement best financial practices while applying strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and related major.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Business Partner or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong business acumen.
• Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making process.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business plan for medium to long term planning by providing financial modeling/projection.
• Work with Business Unit Heads to build their quarterly budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets based on cost analysis.
• Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of best financial practices.

• Strategic business plan for medium to long term planning such as GMV Projection, AOV, promotion cost, etc by providing financial modeling/projection
• Work with Business Unit Heads to build their quarterly budgets and forecasts
• Evaluate previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets base on cost analysis
• Review operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of best financial practices

Role Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and related major
• Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Business Partner or Financial Planning & Analysis is a must
