Job summary

NTT DATA is looking for an entry-level associate Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist in Jakarta. You will learn to configure, install and respond to break/fix events that are less complex, while progressing toward associate-level certification.

You will work with the TS Systems Integration team to understand client requirements, perform configurations and installations, and support the project lifecycle with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Vendor certification(s) as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to own portions of an installation and handle break/fix incidents during projects.
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineering to meet client requirements.
• Perform less complex configurations and installations.
• Attend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.
• Provide support and work with Senior Associate/L2 and other senior engineers.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
