Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Grid Sales Head in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and securing opportunities for Schneider Digital Grid solutions. You will collaborate with regional leaders, manage the pipeline, and lead initiatives with key accounts. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the utility industry, with proven success in selling EcoStruxure solutions and leading cross-functional teams effectively. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Utility industry (DSOs, TSOs).
• Successful experience in selling at least one of the EcoStruxure bricks for 5 years.
• 5 years as Opportunity leader, leading tendering & technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure opportunities for Schneider Digital grid solutions.
• Lead the Pipeline review with local PS cluster.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to support preselling and execution phases.
