Job summary

Pt Silkar National is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple projects in Bekasi. This role blends remote work with on-site visits and office collaboration, requiring strong organization and communication to keep schedules and budgets on track.

You will assist managers with schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinate meetings, track action items, and liaise with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on project-related tasks.
• Communicate project updates and information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract administration.
